OWNERS

Chelsea Mosher and Jeremiah Jackson

Jeremiah and Chelsea founded the NTX Rams in 2020. We wanted to build a organization based on Faith. Our number one goal was to give men a safe space to enjoy a sport they love. We grow stronger each year mentally and physically. 

Jeremiah has over 10 years of experience in minor-professional football. Chelsea has grown up around football her entire life. Together, we have successfully completed three seasons and served our community while doing so. In 2023 and 2024, we were awarded "Most Dedicated Owner" in the TUFL. We look forward to our fifth season as a organization and third season in the TUFL. 

HEAD COACH/DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR 

Darrell Magee

 Coach Magee describes himself as a player first coach with a disciplined approach towards on-field production.

Coach Magee spent 27 years in the United States Air Force, playing for and coaching many teams. Won many championships, yet suffered many losses along the way, and that gives him many levels of experience to share with players.

Of those experiences, the one constant was the discipline of the game! Discipline gets you through the wins, to enjoy them more, and the losses, to not let them linger.

Coach Magee learned to appreciate all players and what they bring to the field of competition. Coach Magee always look to find players strengths and weaknesses, apply my knowledge and brand of discipline, in order to get the best out of them.

ASSISTANCE HC/OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR

 Deano Passariello

A former championship quarterback, QB coach and Offensive Coordinator at the minor professional football level, coach Deano provides over five decades of football knowledge and winning experience to the NTX RAMS organization. 

Heading into his first full season as OC, this year’s RAMS offense will look to continue to build on its mastery of the new offense he introduced last season. That offense saw the players produce historic results; including more victories and more points than any previous NTX RAMS team.

Away from the NTX RAMS, Coach Deano operates a QB training business, coaches HS Varsity football and participates in All American HS football camps across the country.  He has also officiated HS varsity football for over 15 years and is writing a book about “intelligent quarterback performance.”

HEALTH AND CONDITIONING

Rhyanna Thomsen

Rhyanna has been a Trauma ER Registered Nurse for 9 years. Rhyanna has a passion for helping people. Rhyanna has a passion for football, she has watched, studied, and played football for the last 7 years. Rhyanna always ensures that players stays healthy and hydrated on and off the field. Rhyanna has the ability to tape wrists, hands, fingers, and ankles to ensure stabilization during games and apply first aid when needed. Rhyanna also has the ability to rehabilitate injuries that occur on the field. Rhyanna is available 24/7 to all of the players for medical questions and advice. When she isn't assisting someone medically, Rhyanna is cheering on the team and helping guide them to success.  

DEFENSIVE/OFFENSIVE LINE COACH

Deshaun Battson

Coach Deshaun played Defensive lineman in minor-professional football for 8 years. Coach Deshaun has learned defensive philosophy from Coach Tatt, a well known head coach and owner of the Diamondback organization. Coach Deshaun started coaching for the Rams in 2022 under another successful mentor, Coach Darrell Magee. 

Coach Deshaun compares his coaching abilities to a man like Dan Quinn. Deshaun uses players abilities to enhance their play style by putting the player in the best position possible to succeed. 

SPECIAL TEAMS COORDINATOR

Richard Doc Hawes

Coach Doc has 14 years of coaching experience. His semi pro career started in 2010 as a player. He spent most of his playing time on special teams. He started coaching in 2011 as a special teams coordinator and continued to play some as well until 2014 when he retired to coach full-time. He has coached for several teams and has won several rings. 2014 EFL All Star and 2022 Fast 8 Champion Collin County Crash. Coach Doc has also coached several players that have made it to the next level playing pro indoor. Coach Doc joined the NTX Rams coaching staff for the 2024 season as Special Teams Coordinator.
